Before you come
What people ask us most
Do I need to book?
It’s recommended, especially at weekends and during school holidays. Online booking is open up to 3 hours before the slot; after that, call us on +33 2 31 72 20 00.
What are the opening hours?
The circuit is open every day of the year except 25 December, from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
How long is a session?
Twelve minutes on track, timed lap by lap. Arrive 20 minutes before the start for check-in, kit and briefing.
What should I bring?
Closed shoes, clothes without a scarf, long hair tied up and an ID. Helmet and balaclava are provided.
Do I need any karting experience?
No. The briefing explains everything, and our state-qualified instructors stay trackside throughout the session.

Our youngest drivers
From what age can children drive?
From age 7 and 1.30 m in kids’ karts, on the Monaco track. From age 4 to 7, the two-seater kart runs in the morning on the Monza track.
Is parental consent required?
Yes, for all drivers under 18. It is requested at the front desk.
How do I organise a birthday party?
€30 per child for two 12-minute sessions on a private track, plus a room for the birthday snack. Birthday parties are booked by e-mail.
How do I register for the racing school?
By appointment only, at the circuit: from 1 April for returning pupils, from 1 May for everyone. Lessons take place on Wednesdays, from September to June.

Better together
How many people for a Grand Prix?
From 6 people, on a private track: free practice, qualifying, final race and medals. A first payment for 4 people is requested when booking.
And for an Endurance race?
From 20 people, in teams of 3 to 6: 20 minutes of practice then a 1 h 20 race.
Can we hire the circuit privately?
Yes, the Jean-Pierre Jaussaud track can be hired from 20 people, on request. We reply within 48 hours.
Booking and payment
Easy payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online by card. On site: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and chèques-vacances.
Can everyone pay their own share?
Yes: one person books, and everyone can pay their share with their own link. One person can also pay for everyone, or everyone pays on site on the day.
How do I use a gift card?
Enter its code in your driver account or when booking. The expiry date is shown on the card.

What if it rains?
We drive! Sessions go ahead in the rain, unless conditions are dangerous. In that case, your booking is moved free of charge.
Can I come and watch?
Of course, it’s free. The bar faces the track and the screens show live lap times.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is free. The circuit is a quarter of an hour from Caen city centre, towards Troarn, and about 30 minutes from the D-Day beaches.
Do the staff speak English?
Yes, our team speaks English: the briefing and safety rules can be explained in English.
Is the circuit accessible to people with disabilities?
The two-seater kart lets people with disabilities enjoy the track, in the morning. Call us to prepare your visit.
Where can I find my lap times?
In your driver account, with the same e-mail address as your bookings: all your times, lap by lap, after every session.
